Turnaround Time and Options Expect an additional +7-10 days for printed tags and +3 days for sewn-in tag removal (if applicable).
Print Methods Our go-to method for custom tags is pad printing, ensuring efficiency and image clarity. However, we also provide screen printing and heat transfer options, each with distinct advantages.
- Screen Printed Tags: Offers a wider range of colors and sizes, with a maximum of 3″ x 3″. Works great on Fleece garments.
- Full Color Heat Transfer (COMING SOON): Unlimited colors, works great on fleece, max size 3″ x 3″.
Image Size Varies by print method; details provided in the specifications.
Ink Colors Standard ink options include black and tonal. Custom colors available with a fee and a minimum of 200+ pieces.
Recommended Information Tag art should ideally include Company Name, RN#, Fabric Contents, Country of Origin, and Care Instructions.
Font Size Maintain legibility with moderately bold fonts. Minimum recommended sizes: 6 points for screen printing and full color heat transfer.
Minimum Quantities Minimum tag order: 24 pieces per design, sizing is flexible. Changing garment style requires 72+ pieces. New tag for varying fabric blends also requires 72+ pieces.
Tearaway Tags Tearaway tag removal is complimentary. Note that remnants may remain in the seam. Unsewn removal available with standard fees.
Tag Removal +3 days for removal of sewn-in manufacturer tags. Removal process depends on seam style. Removal Cost for 24-71 $2.00ea | 72-199 $1.00ea | 200+ $0.75ea.
Ink Changes Ink changes not possible for tag prints.
Multiple Color Tag Art We highly recommend Full Color Heat Transfer as a cost effective solution. For multi-color screen printed tag art, a minimum of 200+ pieces is needed. Contact us for custom pricing.
Custom Tag Printing Placement Tags have a 0.5″-1″ placement allowance in any direction.
