Who we are
Bin Bin Ink (“we”, “us”) is a hosting and digital commerce company based in Seattle, Washington, USA, serving customers worldwide. This policy explains what personal data we collect through binbin.ink, your account dashboard, and our services, and what we do with it. Contact: hello@binbinink.com.
What data do we collect?
- Account and billing: name, business name, email, phone, billing address, and payment details (cards are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
- Domains: registrant contact details required by registries (name, address, email, phone)
- Support and forms: what you send in tickets, contact forms and Studio applications
- Your website and email content: stored on our hosting servers to provide the service; we access it only to provide support or keep our servers safe
- Technical data: IP address, browser, device and pages visited, in server logs and security tools
- Cookies: see “Cookies” below
How do we use it?
- To provide and bill for the services you buy (contract)
- To answer tickets and messages (contract or legitimate interests)
- To keep our services secure and prevent abuse and fraud (legitimate interests)
- To meet legal, tax and registry obligations (legal obligation)
- For optional analytics or marketing only with your consent where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who do we share it with?
Service providers who process data for us, under contracts that limit their use of it:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers: the servers that run your site, your account, domain registration and business email
- Domain registrars and registries: registrant details as registry rules require, including for WHOIS/RDAP (privacy protection is applied where available)
- Stripe: payment processing
- Google Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google, which receives your IP address
- Google (Analytics and reCAPTCHA), Meta (Facebook Pixel), our site analytics provider and FunnelKit: analytics, ad measurement and spam protection, as listed under “Cookies and similar tools”
- Email delivery for form notifications and account email
- AI providers: if you use the AI Site Agent, the content it works on is sent to the AI provider you choose, under your own account and that provider’s terms
- Professional advisers, and authorities when the law requires
Where is data stored?
Mainly in the United States, and in the data center region you choose for your site. Where data moves across borders, we rely on the safeguards our providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long do we keep it?
- Account and billing records: as long as you are a customer, then as long as tax and accounting law requires
- Backups: 30 days on a rolling basis
- Tickets and form entries: as long as needed to help you, then deleted or anonymized
- Server logs: a short period for security
Cookies and similar tools
Our cookie settings have three categories. This list matches what binbin.ink loads today; we update it when that changes. You can change your choice any time with . We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of analytics and marketing.

What are my rights?
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, California under the CCPA/CPRA, or other US states), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, and to withdraw consent. To use any right, email hello@binbinink.com. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 (or 16 where that is the rule).
Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes, and notify customers of material changes.
