Business email questions
Is this Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
No. It is professional IMAP email with webmail, calendar and contacts. It does not include Word, Excel, Teams or Google Docs.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. Any app that supports IMAP, POP3 and SMTP works, plus webmail in the browser.
Is there a sending limit?
Yes: 500 sent emails per mailbox per day. It is for business email, not bulk newsletters. Use a newsletter service for campaigns.
Can I move my old email over?
Yes. A built-in migration tool imports mail from your old provider over IMAP or POP.
Do I need hosting to buy email?
