How does a migration work?

Choose a plan in the Hub. Your current site stays live while we work.
Open a migration ticket
Tell us where the site is now and how to access it. Send logins through the Hub ticket, never by plain email.
We copy and test
We copy files and database to your new site and test it on a temporary address.
You check it
Click through the copy and tell us when it looks right.
Go live
We point the domain (or tell you the DNS change). SSL is issued automatically.
Keep the old host a few days
Cancel your old hosting after a few days of normal traffic.
