Last updated Oct 20, 2026
How do I cancel?
In the Hub, go to Billing and cancel the plan, or open a ticket. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. There are no exit fees. Before you go, we can give you a full backup (files and database) and your domain transfer code.
Hosting
- 30-day money-back on your first hosting payment
- After that, cancelling stops the next renewal; the current paid period is not refunded [partial-period/annual refund rule to confirm]
- Hosting renews at the same price you signed up at
Domains
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers are non-refundable once processed, as set by the registrar
- Domains auto-renew 30 days before expiry unless you turn auto-renew off
- After expiry there is a 40-day grace period to renew at the normal price, then a 30-day redemption period with a redemption fee, then the domain can be released
Business email
- Cancel mailboxes any time; billing stops at the end of the paid period [email refund rule to confirm]
- Mail in cancelled mailboxes is deleted, so export it first
Services and tickets
- Fix, Help and other one-time services are refundable before work starts
- After work starts, we fix anything we got wrong during the 7-day check window rather than refunding
- Monthly services (Uptime watch, Security care, With Help, Care plans) cancel any time; setup fees are non-refundable once setup is done
Website packages
- Full refund before work starts
- If we miss the agreed date for reasons on our side, 10% back
Studio
- The Blueprint fee is non-refundable once delivered
- Build deposits are refundable, minus the Blueprint, until 30 days before the build starts
AI Site Agent (beta)
- Month to month; cancel any time. The $290 setup fee is non-refundable once setup is done
- AI usage on your own provider key is billed by your provider, not by us
How do I request a refund?
Request it in Hub Billing or open a ticket. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
